1. Introduction
These terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through our website. By using our services, you accept these terms.
2. Availability of Service and Products
We offer products that are shipped from Denmark. We deliver to all mainland islands in the Faroe Islands. Delivery to other islands requires an additional fee.
3. Prices and Taxes
All prices include VAT. Extra charges may apply if the customer requests delivery to islands that are not mainland islands. Prices are updated regularly.
4. Delivery Time and Shipping
Delivery usually takes approximately 4-5 days to three weeks, depending on, if the order available in our warehouse in the Faroe Islands, if it is not, we will order it from our supplier, which will may take up to two weeks in delivery time. We reserve the right for potential delays caused by mechanical issues, weather issues or other circumstances, as some goods are shipped from the Denmark. We deliver to the door or other locations on mainland islands. The cost of delivery to other islands, which are not mainland islands, is DKK 250.
5. Payment Terms
We accept payment cards. Payment must be made at the time of order.
6. Cancellations and Changes to Orders
Cancellations and changes to orders must be made before Tuesday, so that adjustments can be made before the goods are dispatched from Denmark. Every customer has the right to withdrawal, within 14 days, This can be done, by contacting us through our email info@dugaduga.fo.
7. Returns and Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of receipt if the product is unused and in its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the shipping costs for the return. Every item has a 24-month warranty and customers can contact us at info@dugaduga.fo, should there be a need for it.
8. Security and Privacy Policy
Personal information, such as name, address, email, and payment details, is only used for these purposes and will never be shared with third parties without consent, unless necessary to perform a service (e.g., payment processing or invoicing). We also comply with all GDPR regulations, as well as applicable laws and guidelines from relevant authorities.
9. Liability Limitation
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing or other circumstances beyond our control. We also do not assume responsibility for any fees that may arise from importation.
10. Purpose and Changes
We reserve the right to change these terms at any time. The changes will take effect on the day they are published on the website.

Vit bjóða vørur, sum verða sendar úr Danmark. Vit levera til allar fastlandsoyar á Føroyum. Levering til aðrar oyggjar krevur eitt eyka gjald.
3. Prísir og skattir
Allir prísir eru við mvg. Eyka gjøld kunnu koma, um kundin ynskir levering til oyggjar, sum ikki eru fastlandsoyggjar. Prísir verða javnan dagførdir.
4. Bíðitíð og levering
Levering tekur vanliga uml. 3 vikur, men vit taka fyrivarni fyri møguligum seinkingum orsakað av maskinbreki ella øðrum viðurskiftum, tí vøran verður send úr Bretlandi. Vit levera til dyrnar ella til onnur støð á fastlandsoyggjum. Kostnaður fyri levering til aðrar oyggjar, sum ikki eru fastlandsoyar, er 250 kr.
5. Gjaldstreytir
Vit góðtaka gjaldskort. Gjald skal gerast við bílegging.
6. Avlýsingar og broytingar av bíleggingum
Avlýsingar og broytingar av bíleggingum skulu gerast áðrenn týsdag, soleiðis at broytingar kunnu gerast, áðrenn vøran fer úr Danmark.
7. Afturbering og endurgjald
Vit góðtaka afturbering innan 14 dagar frá móttøku, um vøran er óbrúkt og í upprunapakkninginum. Kundin ber útreiðslurnar fyri sendingina aftur.
8. Trygd og privatpolitikkur
Persónligar upplýsingar, sum navn, bústaður, teldupostur og gjaldsupplýsingar, verða bert nýttar til hesi endamál og ongantíð givnar víðari til triðjapartar uttan samtykki, uttan so at hetta er neyðugt fyri at útføra eina tænastu (t.d. gjaldshandfaring ella fraktur).
